The advantage of electrostatic powder coating is that the coating has good uniformity and corrosion resistance, but it requires specialized power facilities for stable operation and relatively high maintenance costs. The impregnation paper layer method uses specialized paper as an adsorption medium to complete the entire coating process, and can achieve automated operation without the need for an external power supply.
